For each new elevator installed, a 10 year warranty for the mechanical parts and a 2 year warranty for the consumables are granted.

How long does a new elevator installation take?
Timelines vary with the type of lift, the building works required and the certification step. A straightforward residential installation in a prepared shaft can be completed in a few weeks, while bespoke or large-capacity systems take longer. We provide a clear project plan and milestones once the technical study is finalized.
Do you handle the permits and certification after installation?
Yes. We prepare the full technical file, ensure the installation meets EN 81 and the EU Lifts Directive, and coordinate the inspection and certification with an accredited body so your lift is legally registered and ready to operate. You receive a turnkey installation, not just the hardware.
